Need help with your stretching plan, reminders, or lifetime access? Email support@lindenau.cloud.
Tell us what happened and include your app version, iPhone model, and iOS version. A screenshot can help explain a problem. Please leave out passwords, payment details, and private health information.
Restore lifetime access
Use Restore Purchases in StretchSesh while signed in to the Apple Account you used for the purchase. If access is still missing, check your internet connection and contact us.
Reminders are not appearing
Check your practice days and reminder time in StretchSesh. In iOS Settings, open Notifications, choose StretchSesh, and allow notifications. Focus settings may silence reminders.
Your saved progress
StretchSesh saves your plan and session history on your device. Contact us before deleting the app to troubleshoot a problem, because deleting it removes those local files.
