StretchSesh privacy policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

StretchSesh stores your stretching plan and progress on your device. You do not need an account. We do not receive your stretching history or use advertising or third-party tracking SDKs in the app.

Who is responsible

Pascal Lindenau is responsible for StretchSesh. For privacy questions or requests, email support@lindenau.cloud.

Data on your device

The app saves your chosen stretch levels, practice schedule, reminder preferences, sound and haptic settings, onboarding progress, and session progress. Session records include completion dates, duration, and skipped stretches. These records let you resume a session and see your progress. The app does not upload them to our servers.

StretchSesh also stores a marker in your device's keychain to remember whether you have used the free session. This marker contains no name or contact information and is not sent to us. It may remain after you delete the app.

Your device's backup settings may include app files in Apple or computer backups. We cannot access those backups. StretchSesh does not read or write Apple Health data.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, StretchSesh schedules reminders locally on your device using your chosen days and time. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS notification settings. Your schedule is not sent to a notification service.

Purchases and Apple services

Apple processes payments for lifetime access. The app uses Apple's StoreKit service to check purchase status, unlock access, and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple handles purchase records under its own privacy policy.

If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers through Apple, Apple may provide crash and performance reports to help us fix problems. You can manage this in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements.

Support and external links

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use this information to respond and resolve your request. Our email provider processes the message to deliver and store it. We keep correspondence while needed to handle the request and meet any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Avoid sending health information that is not needed for your question.

Opening a research, technique, or other website link takes you to an external service. That service processes your visit under its own privacy policy. Visiting this policy page also sends ordinary web request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to our web hosting infrastructure to deliver and protect the site.

Sharing, retention, and your choices

We do not sell your personal data or share your stretching history with advertisers. Your saved plan and session records stay on your device until removed. Deleting the app removes its local files, but the free-session keychain marker may remain. Backups and Apple's purchase records are managed separately through Apple or your backup software.

Where data protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and object to processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us using the email above. We cannot retrieve or delete stretching records stored only on your device.

When we process support correspondence, our basis is responding to your request and our legitimate interest in providing support. We process basic website request data to deliver and secure this page. Where required by law, we retain information to meet legal obligations.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the app's data practices change and show the revision date above.
