StretchSesh terms of use

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These terms describe your use of StretchSesh, an iOS stretching app provided by Pascal Lindenau. For questions, email support@lindenau.cloud.

Using the app

StretchSesh provides guided stretching sessions, difficulty choices, reminders, and a record of your practice. No account is required. Use the app lawfully and respect the rights in its software, illustrations, and animations.

Unless a custom licence is shown on the App Store listing, your licence to use the app is governed by Apple's standard end user licence agreement. This page explains StretchSesh's service and purchase terms and does not replace the applicable licence.

Stretching guidance

StretchSesh offers general fitness guidance. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, provide rehabilitation, or replace advice from a qualified health professional. Choose movements and difficulty levels that suit your abilities. Stop if a movement causes pain or you feel unwell. If an injury or health condition may affect your ability to stretch, seek professional advice before using the sessions. Results vary, and the app does not promise a particular improvement in flexibility.

Free session and lifetime access

You can try one full session free. Continuing with full sessions requires the lifetime access purchase shown in the app. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription charge. The price and currency appear in Apple's purchase confirmation before you pay.

Lifetime access unlocks the app's full stretching sessions without a renewal fee. It does not promise perpetual software updates or compatibility with every future device or operating system.

Apple processes payments. To restore an existing purchase, use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used to buy it. You can request a refund through Apple's refund service. Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.

Your data

Your plan and session history are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes its local files; restoring a purchase does not restore your stretching history. Read the StretchSesh privacy policy for details about storage, backups, and support messages.

Updates and your rights

We may update the app to fix issues or change its features. Availability can be affected by technical problems, device compatibility, and Apple services. Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you, including any required warranty or update obligations.

If these terms change, we will update this page and its revision date. Where required, we will provide notice or seek your agreement. Changes do not remove rights you already have for a purchase.
